The paper you need is not a piece of paper. It is the server, which was sold by a company called Illuminata that used to sell eBooks, e. IPads, etc.
You cannot download the actual eBook from the paper, but you can get the text directly from this link.

I have many of these books, and usually have no problem downloading them.
The last time I had problems was when I tried to download the actual paper book from a friend of mine. The site they used is MobiSchool, but I am not sure how to tell if they are really legit. I found another site on the web that looks like it might be real:
If the MobiSchool is ok, then you just have to download the software, which is a.ZIP file that you can just double-click. If the file is from the real book, then you download a.PDF.
